opera dress (left, standing): long lose robe (celestial blue), satin, embedded at the front and hem to show frost work (white silk); long full sleeves of the same material and embroidered at the wrists to match; low neck, open shoulder bodice (pink),  satin, high waisted and bound under the great with silk trimming; cap (celestial blue), satin decorated with lace and silk to match the robe, turned up at the front, etched at the top (pink), satin, a small ostrich feather falling loosely on one side; hair falling full on the temple or twisted up behind in a Greek style large bow or with a dull knot of curls, with a few loose ringlets; necklace with a small pearl and cross (gold), matching earrings and bracelets; slippers (blue satin and pearl rosettes); gloves (white or light lemon: yellow); tippet (swansdown or fur)

morning walking dress (right, sitting): robe, cambric muslin, with a low neckline and long sleeves; bodice decorated with narrow lines of frill plaiting, high waisted, simple back; short cloak (stone coloured) lined with ribbon (pink satin); lapel bound at the back; straw bonnet turning into a traveler hat (white satin plaiting); hair in full curls on each side, falling low on temples with flowers on the front; necklace (triple gold chain); earrings (pearl drop or small hoops); gloves (yellow); ankle boots (black)
